Above-grade, self-contained units in good condition — upper units, main floors, laneway and garden suites. The unit needs its own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom. We take whole units only, never rooms or shared spaces.
Yes. Many of our multiplex owners hand us two or even three units in the same property. It's actually more efficient — one cleaning team, one set of guest logistics, one deposit schedule.
Rarely — and we'll tell you straight. Lower-level units book for significantly less than above-grade units, and often don't beat what a long-term tenant would pay. If your unit is below grade, we'll give you the honest math before you commit to anything.
20% of revenue for full management, plus a $750 one-time onboarding that covers photography, walkthrough, listing setup and optimization, pricing setup, and the first deep clean. Ongoing cleaning is paid by guests, not you.
Yes. You can block dates anytime — for family, renovations, or your own use. It's your house; we run the unit around your calendar, not the other way around.
