Our Story
BookedHosts was founded with a simple belief: property owners deserve to earn rental income without sacrificing their time, peace of mind, or quality of life.
What started as managing a few properties in downtown Toronto has grown into a full-service operation managing 90+ properties across the GTA and Ontario. We've delivered over $7.2 million in rental income to our clients in 2025 alone.
Our signature hybrid rental model — combining short-term stays in peak season with mid-term rentals in slower months — was born out of seeing too many properties sit empty during off-seasons. We built a system that keeps properties earning year-round, with 87%+ occupancy across our portfolio.
